So after you have already completed your transformation and you want to get the perfect Day 30, 60, or 90 Shot there are a few things you will need to eat 1-2 weeks prior. Now i am not a certified nutritionist and have no medical degree of any kind lol, but my body hopefully will speak for itself.

Now this was designed for me and my body only, you may contact me for a detailed plan that tailors to you and your bodies needs. You may use this for a guideline for the last week or 2 to prep for the best picture possible
8-9am - Cardio Incline treadmill of 15, 3mph no hands on an empty stomach
9am - 8oz of fish - 1/2 cup of oats
10am - Shakeology
12pm - 8oz of fish - 2 cup of broccoli
3pm - Train ( I was doing BodyBeast )
4pm - Shakeology
7pm - 8oz of Fish - 1/2 cup of oats
11pm - 8oz of fish - 2 cup of broccoli
Now this is very difficult and there are some things you would want to do the day before the photoshoot.
Obviously a Spray Tan is important and work with a photographer that knows what the hell they are doing, just because some chic with a camera shoots pictures of flowers or weddings doesn't mean she knows how to capture shadows and shoot fitness models.
So before you do this please consult with a Dr if you have any medical problems.
