Jay J. BodyBeast Build Legs

I like to mix it up and have convenience at the same time, Sometimes I like to work out in the living room or take it to the gym. Here I show how I packed up my laptop and brought the DVD's with me to the gym to do Build Legs. 
You can see I'm super wobbly as I'm 30 min into the workout eeeek but none the less I'm still doing my best.

You don't need much weight or equipment to do the Legs routine in BodyBeast, as you can see depending on your leg strength you would only need like a set of 10's 20's and maybe 30's, This is progressive sets so your muscle's will fatigue fast.
